Words enter our minds and are processed unconsciously in milliseconds. Our incredible brains engage complex processes of understanding in fractions of seconds!
But how we FEEL about things... well that is communicated in a WHOLE DIFFERENT WAY. Self-Knowing is learning how to feel all your feelings fully until what is within those "vibrations" is revealed. This is the inner work of Kundalini Yoga! Yoga teaches us how to unwind our programming, and ride the waves of sensation until our inner wisdom "lands," "arises," ...is simply FELT. By paying attention, first to the breath, the body and then the deeper vibrations, we strengthen our consciousness and our ability to peacefully remain within the dynamics (vibrations/waves) of life. Our beautiful brains cannot take us there. To awaken our capacity of conscious awareness we need to breathe, feel and lean into the inner vibrations. That is why we call it a practice! We ALL have the inherent ability (with a little bit of training and practice) to guide ourselves back to home to contentment, peace, and joy. Mantras, music and all other forms of vibration SUPPORT us in our journey. (This is why I carry a big speaker ;)

I am honoured and excited to share the teachings of the many incredible yogis and life enhancing leaders. My first guest, and dearest friend, Joani Mortenson and I have a long history of deep friendship and co-Teaching/Training.
