Morning Kundalini Yoga and Meditation is an uplifting practice. Our practice develops personal empowerment, dissolves negative thought patterns, strengthens the body, and cleanses the nervous system so you can move through your day with clarity and contentment.
Evening Kundalini Yoga and Meditation will clear the debris of the day and have you feeling centred, peaceful and refreshed. Come and breathe, move mindfully, and let go of all that does not serve you. Our practice will restore inner peace.
