Troublesome feelings are uncomfortable to get your attention. Kundalini Yoga and Meditation provide the platform of conscious listening, awareness and integration. In this unique Meditation training program you will realize that with some basic training you can realize the nature of who you are, your essential self. The wonder of this promise is that it is not something exotic, not fantastic, and available to all of humanity. We simply need a bit of training to utilize the sensory systems within (meditation). We learn to turn inward instead of outward for answers. Meditation is something we can naturally do.
