The "10 Bodies" is a fundamental framework that expands the understanding of the human form beyond just the physical body. This system teaches that every person is made up of one physical body, three mental bodies, and six energy bodies, and understanding and balancing these ten bodies are considered crucial for holistic health, spiritual growth, and effective living.

Here’s a breakdown of the 10 Bodies in Kundalini Yoga:
Soul Body:
Your core self, your essesence
Negative Mind:
Provides discernment and protects you by assessing dangers and obstacles, focusing on what could go wrong to help you prepare and protect yourself.
Positive Mind:
Represents your expansive nature, focusing on possibilities and opportunities, facilitating a positive outlook and the drive to move forward.
Neutral Mind:
Balances the positive and negative, with the capacity for impartiality and clarity, it allows you to make decisions from a place of centred awareness.
Physical Body:
The tangible, earthly aspect of our being, through which we perform actions and interact with the physical world.
Arcline:
Communication, intuition, projection and receiving.
Aura:
The electromagnetic field surrounding your physical body, it acts as a container for your life force.
Praanic Body:
Governs the breath and the life force energy (prana), essential for vitality and health.
Subtle Body:
Allows you to perceive beyond the five senses, giving you access to intuitive knowledge and a connection to life's deeper meanings.
Radiant Body:
Provides spiritual radiance and the courage to stand out, influencing how others perceive you.
The balance of these ten bodies affect our wellbeing. Each body has specific attributes and functions that contribute to our overall experience of life. For example, if the Negative Mind is dominant, we may become overly pessimistic or fearful.
In this journey we will use different kriyas, meditations, and mantras to become very aware and strengthen these bodies. Awareness supports our bodies to functioning harmoniously, bringing consciousness, mental clarity, emotional balance, and physical health. The awareness and cultivation of the 10 Bodies brings fulfilment in our big beautiful lives.

We are self-contained units with our own individual needs and challenges AND we are born with THE EQUIPMENT we need to live a life of peace, contentment, joy and wellbeing. We simply need to learn how to use the it.
